Checking-in and Checking-out
- Front desk hours: M-F 8AM – 7PM, S-S 10AM – 6PM
- The front desk is CLOSED on all major holidays. There is no checking-in nor checking-out on the following days.
- New Year's Eve & Day

- Christmas Eve and Day
- The front desk opens and closes promptly. We do not open early nor stay late for any reason.
- We require all pets to be checked in by 5pm.
- A late check out fee of $10 will be applied if your pet is picked up after 1pm on the date of departure.
Rates:
- Please call for our rates. They are not posted on our website.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash.
- Dog walking and pet sitting is credit card only, payable weekly for services rendered.
- We offer prepaid daycare discount packages: 10-pack save 10%, 20-pack save 15%.
- We offer a sibling discount for pet's from the same family and household.
- We offer prepaid boarding discount packages: 15 nights save 10%.
- There is a late check-out fee for boarders leaving between 1pm and closing.This is waived if you have purchased a prepaid boarding package.
- Additional fees: baths, grooming, van service, administering medication.
Cancelation Policy:
- 48 hour cancelation policy for non-holiday boarding reservations -- one night's fee or one night removed from your boarding package.
- $100 non-refundable, non-transferable holiday deposit due 2-3 weeks before a holiday period. For those who have purchased a boarding package a cancelation of a holiday stay would result in the loss of two nights from your boarding package.
- 24 hour cancelation/no-show policy for grooming clients -- $25.
- No-show/same day cancelation for daycare -- $10.
Temperament:
- We require a trial day of daycare to assess your dog's temperament. (discounted)
- We have experience with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments of dogs and cats.
- We accept unaltered pets when space allows (additional fee).
- We accept dogs with issues w/ other dogs (additional fee). They are exercised alone in the yard. They receive one-on-one attention from our kennel staff.We are limited in the number of alone dogs that we can board at any one time.
- People-aggressive dogs need to be assessed by our management team.
- We have extensive experience with geriatric pets.
- Cats are always kept separate from each other regardless of temperament unless they are from the same home.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- All pets are provided separate sleeping quarters.
- Dogs of the same size and home are allowed to stay together.
- Dogs from the same home but of different sizes cannot share sleeping quarters. We can assign them adjacent or side-by-side spaces so that they may be close to each other.
- Cats of the same family may stay together.
- Dogs and Cats are boarded in separate areas of the building and never come in contact with each other.
- No toys will be left with guests overnight.
Vaccination info:
- We need to receive shot records (& feline test results) at least 48 hours before check-in.
- Canine Bordetella is semi-annual in NYC regardless of expiration date.
- Both Feline & Canine Distemper & Rabies are triennial after 2 years of age.
- We recommend vaccinating your pet at least two weeks before his/her stay.
- We do require a negative test result for FeL and FIV for all cat boarders. There is NO expiration date on the test results. Most cats are tested before they are adopted out.

Medication
- All medication should be supplied in its original packaging with written directions emailed at least 48 hours before a reservation.
- There is a $3/administration additional fee for administering oral medication to dogs and cats.
- We have experience administering injections and subcutaneous fluids (additional fee).
- You and your vet will be contacted if a minor medical issue arises.
- In the event of a medical emergency your pet will be transported to the Veterinary Emergency & Referral Group located on Warren Street in Cobble Hill.
- We have on-going relationships with most local vets including VERG.
Diet
- You may supply your own food (no additional fee).
- During holiday periods we suggest pre-bagging supplied food into individual servings.
- We have a refrigerator & freezer for any supplied food that requires refrigeration.
- You may supply treats if your pet has special dietary needs.
- Cats - we offer: Eagle Pack Adult Cat dry food (no additional fee).
- Dogs – we offer: Eagle Pack Original dry and Pedigree (no additional fee).
- All pooches are offered a bedtime biscuit unless otherwise instructed.
- All exotic animals and "pocket pets" are required to supply their own food.
Bedding and Toys
- We supply bedding, bowls, toys, (litter & boxes) and treats for all cats and dogs.
- We ask that you limit belongings from home to a maximum of: 1 article of clothing (with your scent); 1 toy; 1 small, washable bed. We do supply everything. So, unless you feel that an article from home will truly enhance your pet's stay, please leave it at home.
- Toys and treats are used at our discretion. Anything that is a potential choking hazard will not be given to your pet.
- All exotic animals and "pocket pets" must come with their own bedding for their enclosure.
Additional Service Fees
- Cats & Dogs: Nail Trim
- Cats & Dogs: Brush outs – 15 minutes of brushing.
- Dogs: Exit bath - A bath with gentle grooming shampoo and towel dried.
- Dogs: Grooming – brush out, ear cleaning, nail trim, sanitary cut, anal gland expression, a bath using oatmeal shampoo and conditioner, a full blow dry and a haircut (when applicable).
- Pick-up and Delivery service. We offer curb service for dogs and cats coming in for boarding or daycare.
- Pick-up: 7–8 am.
- Deliveries: 6:30–8 pm.
- Pick-up & Delivery times are based on geography and the number of pick-ups or deliveries. We are unable to accommodate specific pick-up and drop-off times.
- This is a curbside service. We do not offer in-home pick-up or delivery options.
