CHECKING IN & CHECKING OUT:

Front desk hours:

Monday-Friday 8AM – 7PM
Saturday-Sunday 10AM – 6PM
CLOSED Presidents’ Day

The front desk opens and closes promptly.

A late check out fee of $10 will be applied if your pet is picked up after 1pm on the scheduled date of departure. We charge per night, just like a hotel.

Please let us know if you would like to schedule a bath, brush out or nail trim for your pet before check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your non-holiday reservation within 48 hours of the first night’s stay, you will be charged a one night’s fee cancellation fee.

We require a $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for holiday stays. The deposit will be requested two to  three weeks before the holiday via an emailed estimate, line itemizing all charges including any holiday premiums.
