In 2007, Woofs ‘n Whiskers constructed a new loft space dedicated to our feline guests. Each cat enjoys a safe, comfortable stay in an individual, tri-level condo. “Duplexes” can be provided for families. At Woofs ‘n Whiskers, The Urban Dog and Cat Retreat, your cat will enjoy frequent visits by Woofs ‘n Whiskers’ team members, volunteers and interns throughout the day. It is our goal to provide a true home away from home experience.
Each guest is given the opportunity to independently explore the loft and all of its amenities; including cuddle cups, scratching posts, a television, and an aquarium.
At Woofs ‘n Whiskers, your cat’s meals are individually prepared according to your instructions. Our select house brand is Eagle Pack Adult dry food. If you prefer, you may supply your kitty’s favorite vittles from home. We also offer other premium brands of food for purchase.
We have experience administering insulin, fluids and oral medications to cats. If your cat requires medication, you can rest assured that he or she will receive the necessary care. There is an additional fee for medicating cats. Please discuss any health issues concerning your cat when making your reservation.
While we do provide bedding, you are welcome to bring in any of your cat’s favorite toys, bedding, and/or treats. Our goal is to make every cat feel at home.
We require receipt of all shot records prior to your pet’s arrival. All cats must be currently vaccinated against feline Rabies and Distemper (FVRCP). Please note that your cat must be fully inoculated at least 48 HOURS prior to the start of the reservation.
