Woofs ’n Whiskers offers curbside pick-up and drop-off service for daycare and boarding.
Van Service ...
- is available Monday through Friday.
- is for cats and dogs.
- must be scheduled ahead of time. There is a $25 same-day request fee, if we are able to add the service to the schedule last minute.
- pick-up window is between 7:00AM – 8:30AM.
- drop-off window is between 6:30PM – 8:00PM.
- is curbside.
Curbside means we will meet you at the curb to hand off your pet.
Please note that we are only able to give a window for a pick-up and/or delivery time. The timing is determined by who is using our services that day, geography, weather and Brooklyn traffic. We will text you a heads up 10-15 minute before we arrive. It is important that you are ready.
For pick-ups, please ...
- let us know if your pet was fed and/or medicated or if s/he needs to be fed upon arrival at Woofs.
- make sure your cat is securely in their carrier and ready to go before the van arrives.
- make sure your dog has pooped and peed before getting in the van.
- email special requests, changes to food or medication ahead of time.
For deliveries, please …
- be ready to meet us curbside.
- make sure we have current contact information.
We try and respect your time with texting ETAs. Please respect our time. There is a $25 waiting fee if the driver has to wait five or more minutes at either pick-up or drop-off. Delays lead to our guests spending more time than necessary in transit.
